If you are fans of “Le Petit Prince” (The Little Prince) by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, you would not want to miss “Le Petit Prince” Book Collection Exhibit at the LRC this week from Monday, April 23rd to Wednesday, April 25th.
These books are the private collection of Ms. Roser Cervera (Spanish Senior Lecturer at the Centre of Foreign Languages and Cultures, UIC), a vivid collector of “Le Petit Prince”, who has collected over 190 copies of the book in different languages since 1986.

Please note that a reading of specific passages from the book in different languages will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, April 25th. You are cordially invited to this special exhibit and the reading session to read along with us!
The exhibition attracted UIC faculty members and students to actively participate in the reading session. Specific passages from “ The little prince “ were read in 13 languages, such as English, French, Spanish, Malay, Korean, Russian, Cantonese, Mandarine, Catalan, Arabic, Estonian, Navajo and Polish. This truly reflects the diversity of the UIC community and an inspiring way to appreciate different languages and cultures.
