UIC DHSS Douyin Contest: Days during the Pandemic-Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences

Dear DHSS students,

You are cordially invited to UIC DHSS Douyin Contest: Days during the Pandemic. Details are as below for your information.

Contest Period: May 28 to June 29, 2020

Participants: DHSS students

Video Requirements

Works will be judged by the following criteria:

a.         Interesting;
b.         Informative (accuracy, educational, relevance to COVID-19);
c.         Inspirational / meaningful;
d.         Intelligent (use Submission of software technology); and
e.         International (cross-cultural appeal).

*Each of the participants could at most submit two pieces (one in English and one in Chinese) of their work.
*Each piece of work should be less than 3 minutes.

*The awards would be judged by the “like” you got in Douyin and the vote of our panel members from each program of DHSS according to the above 5 criteria.
