Dr. Eilo Wing-yat YU is Associate Professor in the Department of Government and Public Administration, the University of Macau. His main research areas include government and politics in Macao and Hong Kong, specifically in civil service and public sectors reform, e-government and e-politics, party politics and election. He has contributed a chapter on Macao’s executive-legislative relations in Gaming, Governance and Public Policy in Macao (2010), and another article on Macao’s “One Country, Two Systems” in Negotiating Autonomy in Greater China (2013). His papers appear in the Government and Opposition (2012) and Journal of Contemporary China (2013).
