Junhao Hong, Ph.D.,is the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in Dept. of Communication at State University of New York at Buffalo, Research Associate of the Fairbank Center for China Studies at Harvard University and author of a number of books and articles on Chinese culture and media.

Prof. Hong used to be the Chairman of United Society of Chinese Studies and the Chairman of Chinese Communication Association.
He had been the advisory board member of many international academic journals such as "Communication for Social Change", "Human Communication Research", "Modern China Studies", "American Review of Chinese Studies" and "Asian Journal of Communication".
