Abstract of the talk:
Mr. Zhou Hao is going to share his rich documentary experiences through an online speech, key points of documentary production including subject selection, narrative structure, interview technique, and how to deal with the relationship with the subject.
About the speaker:
Mr. Zhou Hao is one of the top documentary filmmakers in China. Mr. Zhou is a very productive author with international recognition, his work “Cotton” won the best documentary of 51st Taiwan Golden Horse award, “Datong” won the best documentary of 52nd Taiwan Golden Horse award, the jury award of the 31st Sundance Film Festival. “Senior three” won the best documentary of 30st Hong Kong International Film Festival.
Mr. Zhou Hao used to work as a photojournalist in Xinhua news agency, Southern Weekly and other well-known media, he is now the member on a review committee of Oscar Academy Award.
