本届“中外大学生电影节”首先展出CTV的“24格毕业作品展”，随后“首届大学生创意媒体嘉年华”将启动。活动将征集来自两岸四地大学生以及本届主题国 家美国的创意媒体作品，并将聘请国内外电影界专家、学者以及业界知名导演、编剧、制片人等组成评审团，线上、线下评审出优秀大学生影视作品，予以奖励。第 二阶段，活动将提供一定资助邀请优胜作品的学生前往UIC，参与由影视界知名人士亲自指导的即兴创作环节和出席大赛颁奖典礼。

The China.US-University Student Film Festival — The First University Student Creative Media Festival (CMF) will be held in UIC from May 16^th to 18th, which is also the first university film festival held in Zhuhai.

The China.US-University Student Film Festival is hosted by Cinema and Television Program (CTV) of Division of Humanities and Social Sciences (DHSS). It will start with the CTV "24 Frames"(graduation exhibition), then following with the CMF.
