The Institute of Cross-Cultural Studies (ICCS) is an interdisciplinary collective of researchers in the Humanities and Social Sciences that seeks to ensure a broader understanding of cultures and human relations through equitable educational and learning opportunities for society members. Our vision is to improve quality of life through the generation, communication, and dissemination of evidence-based solutions that respond to social needs. We are committed to creating sustainable, equitable, and resilient solutions that benefit everyone.

The institute has the following aims and objectives:

· Harness and foster academics’ and researchers' capabilities in the humanities and social sciences to create a site for collaborative and interdisciplinary research

· Provide opportunities for early career researchers to grow through appropriate mentorship and training

· Provide opportunities for meaningful collaboration with domestic and international academic, research, and industry partners

· Build the capabilities of professionals in humanities and social sciences

· Create a vibrant research culture that supports the development of students pursuing higher degree research (PhD)
