Writing Competition: Thoughts in the Post-Pandemic Era

Students from different programs including Media and Communication Studies, Accounting, and Culture and Creativity Management, participated in the writing competition ‘Thoughts in the Post-Pandemic Era’ by contributing their own articles. The participants conveyed their thoughts and emotions about the medical and political institutions, the frontliners in the pandemic, and also the love between our relatives and friends. It was held by the IJ-MCOM Academic Society and the call for papers was issued on April 7th, 2021.
The prose of Luo Duoer, a year-1 MCOM student, gained the first prize. Her exquisite narrative and smooth flow of words deeply touched judges composed of teachers from different divisions.
Wu Kunchi, one of the organizers of the competition, expressed that he was glad to see so many students were keeping their eyes on this activity which provokes their reflections on the relationship between individuals and society.
