Academic Qualification

Applicants are those who have received undergraduate training in social work or social sciences and human service related degree programme.

 Language Proficiency Requirements 

Proof of English proficiency is required for all applicants whose Bachelor’s degrees are obtained from non-English medium institutions. These applicants must meet the following minimum requirements for English proficiency:

1. College English Test Band 6 (CET-6) 450 and above, or
2. IELTS score 6.0, or
3. TOEFL score 74.

*Note: The test result provided should be within two years from the date of issuance of the Admission Offer letter. Test results of IELTS Indicator / IELTS One Skill Retake, TOEFL-iBT Home Edition or Duolingo English Test will not be considered.

 Supporting documents for application 

• One copy of all official transcripts and degree certificates

• One copy of official English test score (CET-6 / IELTS / TOEFL)
  

• Two recommendation forms or reference letters from people familiar with the applicant’s academic performance and/or professional work (referees must be able to speak of the applicant’s ability to undertake academic work at an advanced level)

• A 500-word personal statement in English outlining their academic interests and objectives

• Personal particulars: a copy of passport OR identity document issued by the applicant's home country
  

• Any other supporting documents (publication, awards, etc.)
