On the afternoon of September 23, 2016, Mr. Yang Chen, vice president  and President of Research Institute in Blue Focus Company (A digital marketing organization), gave a lecture for teachers and students of PRA with the theme of "Public Relations and Value Communication".

In his lecture, Mr. Yang Chen said that in temporary society, the Internet is often understood as the dissemination and change of information. In this environment, one of the tasks of public relations is to provide more services for others through the Internet. Public relations service is the whole marketing service. In the process of the continuous development of society, the information of service integration is also constantly changing, which is the result of the change of the communication environment and the information expression system. This is because the Internet gives people more right to speak and judge.

Mr. Yang Chen also analyzed that "gathering" information, "stirring" public opinion, and “releasing” information can be simply interpreted as deducting factual information within a reasonable range. When facts and values are different, value information is prior, and people are more inclined to value, which is the so-called value of public relations environment. Yang Chen believes that the purpose of public relations is the same as people's tendency, that is, the basis of the goal of public relations strategy is people-oriented, so that the public relations strategy, which is more acceptable to the public, is more practical.

About About Yang Chen: He graduated from Journalism Department of Renmin University of China. He used to be the General Manager of Beijing Yiyang Consultant and Beijing Hezhong Kaihua Public Relations Consultant. In the late 1970s, he participated in journalism and worked for People's Daily, CCTV and other media. He has been engaged in current political reporting for a long time and has more than 20 years of experience in reporting and organizing. In 1999, he was engaged in public relations business, specializing in government public relations, media operation, enterprise public relations and crisis public relations. He has a large number of high-level resources of government, non-governmental organizations and media. He is also familiar with China's public relations business and brand, image planning and promotion, and has rich practical experience and company management experience.
