Rich and colorful summer internship can not only broaden horizons, but also consolidate the foundation of future employment. Last Friday (2015), PRA held the annual internship experience sharing exchange meeting. PRA had the honor to invite several senior students to share their summer practice achievements. PRA hoped that by taking this opportunity, students can learn from their summer practice experience and lessons, understand the significance and methods of practice, and make full use of the precious months of summer practice effectively to improve themselves.
Ziliang Liao (Had internship in Hunan Tianyu Advertising Co., Ltd)
• Internship content: Copywriting planning, VI design, artist co-ordination
• Experience: As a micro product in the new media era, the operation of micro blog and WeChat platform is very important. The sensitivity to hot spots can effectively increase the dependence of fans, and the "personification" operation mode is more affinity and easier to be recognized by consumers. It's an important way to establish and maintain customer relationship to know what they like. We should learn to think what customers think and pay attention to what customers’ attention.
Ting Su (Had internship in Shanghai International Exhibition Co., Ltd. & weekend pictorial)
• Internship content: Project promotion and on-site implementation; Poster and advertisement design; Cooperation contract writing and formulation
• Experience: When looking back on this internship experience, I still remember it vividly. Daily, monthly and competitive brand analysis are skills that every intern must learn. Project promotion and on-site implementation is seemingly simple, but in fact, it is closely linked. It can cultivate our communication ability, coordination ability, adaptability and pressure resistance ability.
Zhenhui Zhang (Had internship in Guangzhou Hengmei Advertising Company)
• Internship content: Media planning, microblog monitoring and competitive brand analysis
• Experience: The short and substantial internship experience makes me realize that good ideas are simple and easy to implement, and they all come from deep consumer insight, and "curiosity, perseverance, observation, creativity, insight and technology" should be the criteria that every advertising major student should keep in mind.
The one hour exchange meeting was wonderful and full of laughter. Students have expressed that they have benefited a lot from this internship experience sharing and exchange meeting, and hoped to hold similar sharing and exchange activities frequently in the future. We PRA also hope that through this sharing and exchange meeting, students can make clear their position, find an internship suitable for them, and understand how to gain the fastest growth from an internship.
